• Chi hair straightener <>?

  ok so I have a chi straightener.
  Isnt the warranty like if you send it in and pay $30
  THEYLL repair or send you a new one??
  ive had it for morethan a year so im not sure if i can send it back and theyll replace it….

   My CHI broke and they said to just send it in and they’ll send a new one! Hope I helped.
