I loved this flat iron when I first purchased it five weeks ago. This morning, however, I turned it on, it fried a strip of my hair, and the power cut off. It won’t even turn on now. Buyer beware: if you purchase online, the manufacturer will not take it back!

good price, shipped right away. love this flat iron, very lightweight and makes hair super sleek. heats up instantly. cord is not stiff, easy to maneuver. best flat iron i’ve owned.
