   After waiting for the flat iron to be delivered IT DID NOT WORK. BECAUSE OF THIS I HAD TO DO MY HAIR OVER AGAIN WITH MY OLD FLAT IRON.
   
   And to add to that, I ordered this product from Amazon.com, however after contacting Amazon I was told I had to contact their vendor regarding my problems with the flat iron. Which was very inconvenient (as my business was conducted with and payment made to Amazon.con, not their vendor.)

   I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

   I recently got a “new do” and my stylist used this flat iron on my curly hair after only blowing it dry for a few minutes. If you have curly/wavy hair, you know what a poofy mess we were looking at. I was skeptical, but it worked so quickly and so well that I had her write down the info for me and I went straight home and ordered it. I couldn’t wait to use it the minute it came. It heats up in seconds so you don’t have to wait around. It has temperature control and a temp. guide chart(on intruction sheet) so you know what setting to use for your hair type. I like that the buttons are on the outside so I don’t have to reach inside to turn it off/on. Caution: there isn’t a lot of room around the titanium plate and I did get a small burn on my thumb when I bumped it, but I am so used to my old iron that I don’t think I was being careful. All in all, this is a great buy and I’m getting one for my sister and my mom!

   I was looking for a higher quality/professional flat iron for my hair. I have really thick hair and I love the look when it is straightened, but it would always take me forever with my Conair flat iron. So, I found this flat iron at a reasonable price and it works great! There are five heat settings: 300, 340, 375, 410 and 450. I always use the highest setting because my hair is so thick and it works fast! It heats up in ten minutes and it only takes me about fifteen minutes to straighten my hair. It has cut my straightening time in half! I love it and the blue color is really pretty. The blades are definitely big enough for thick hair. This product is worth the price!

   I love this flat iron! My hairdresser uses it and I love how it makes my hair feel. I have very thick hair and with my old CHI it would take several runs over my hair to get the hair smooth. I even use the highest setting @ 450 degrees!! I’ve read people on here saying how it burns? I don’t see how, as long as you keep it moving and don’t go over your hair several times as you would need to with the cheaper irons. Works like a charm and would highly recommend this product to others.

   From David’s wife: I love this new iron!!! It glides so smoothly – my Solara seems to stick rather than glide, but I need it for dual voltage when traveling. I had a Farouk Chi for 5 years and loved it, but it broke when I dropped it. I am so glad now. This Babyliss is much nicer than my Chi. I like the off/on button AND temperature control on the side so I don’t have to reach inside to turn off when it’s hot. I love the temperature control. I use a more gentle temp when I have time to repeat the ironing on the same hair, but when I am rushed, I crank it up and zap the hair once only. The wider plates makes it easier and faster to use on my shoulder-length hair. I hightly recommend this item!!!
